Refunds

At Orobi Cybersecurity Solutions, we provide digital, consulting, managed IT, and cybersecurity services. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once work has started, access has been provided, or a service has been scheduled.

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us at info@orobicyber.com within 7 days of the charge so we can review the issue.

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
